Sick Clownfish - Coral Stick?

I've had an Onyx Clown for about 3 yrs. He's paired with a Snowflake Clown (yeah, really). They always host together in our anenome. Yesterday, we moved a bit of the live rock around with some corals being moved too. Today, the Onyx has marine popeye in both eyes and very faint, seemingly clear, small bubbles here and there on his body. He's been hanging out away from his anenome (which never happens) almost directly in front of one of our lesser-powerful circulation pumps....

Aside from bacteria, is there something else that could cause this? A frogspawn was placed near his anenome, but it's tentacles are retracted and I've read some clowns will even host in a frogspawn. The female Snowflake appears to be completely unaffected. There's also an azure damsel, coral beauty and a purple stripe dottyback that are all unphased.

Only other tankmate, other than the cleanup crew, is a 2"-3" urchin.

Any ideas what's wrong with my Onyx?!

This is the clownfish in question. (Took the photo right after a water change, hence the slightly clouded water)

Did you add anything new within the last few weeks/months?
What kind of food do you give the fish and corals in that tank?

Are only the eyes swollen or also the body? What about raised scales? To me it looks like both.

It also seems he has whitish slime on its body.

If the popeye resulted from an injury or bad water quality it can often be cured with Epsom salt. It won't work if it is caused by an internal disease like for example Ichthyosporidium hoferi
