Sick clownfish. Not sure if it is ich. Help please

I know I have a had ich in my display tank for a while, but it wasn't an issue. I recently had a fish get sick and outbreak with ich. It died and then I had an ich explosion. I lost 4 of my smaller fish and my larger fish definitely had the spots all over them. I decided to bite the bullet and break down my rock to catch every fish for the TTM. I'm four days in and most of my fish are looking better except my prized clown pair. They seem lethargic and I'm worried that there may be a problem other than ich involved. Can someone identify if this looks like something else? Should I pull them from the TTM and treat with something else?

Thanks

Not sure why it flips my pictures upside down. I rotated them upside down on my pc so hopefully these are right side up now.

Did you add anything new? If you are losing a lot of fish you might be dealing with velvet or brook. What symptoms do they have?

It's been about 5 weeks since my last add. The new fish got picked on, got injured and had an ich breakout. That started the downward spiral in the display tank. The other fish are starting to look better now after 4 days into the tank transfer process, but the clowns just don't seem very peppy. I haven't really seen any of the fish eating yet, but they are all pretty fat so hopefully they will start soon. I just can't tell if the clowns have something else like brook or velvet and the tank transfer process won't help that.

With it being clowns, and from the pic it looks like brook to me. I would separate them from the other fish and do a formalin dip on all of them. Then treat both QT tanks with CP.

Yesterday I gave the clowns a 3 minute freshwater bath and I've started treating my QT with paraguard. They seemed a little peppier this morning. I think the paraguard is supposed to treat velvet if that is the issue, but I don't know if it does anything for brook. Where can I get Formalin. I've ready lots of forum posts about using it, but most are years old and everytime you click on a link to order a product it no longer exists. Is there a current place I can get it? Since I already have all of my fish out of the tank for the tank transfer process, shouldn't I just treat them all for brook?
Thanks

I'd treat all of them for brook but separate the clowns since the other fish still look healthy. Formalin can be bought on eBay. IMO paraguard is pretty much useless.

Does Kordon Rid Ich + treat Brook? I know it is intended for ich, but I read somewhere that it is actually more useful for Brook than ich.

I looked for Formalin on ebay and the results look dicey. Is there a particular formalin on there that can be trusted?

After 5 weeks it's more likely a bacterial infection than Brooklynella, especially if the clownfish is kept without an anemone.
Though I would still give the fish a Formalin bath before starting with antibiotics treatment - just to be on the safe side.

Use Fishvet's Formalin MS. LFS may have it, otherwise I also found it on Amazon.com.

Could you possible post a link to the Formalin MS on Amazon? I can't find it by searching for that or Fishvet? My LFS did not have anything.

Thanks
