sick clowns - need help diagnosing

Can anyone recommend a medicine for these clowns?

Something bad happened to my tank and I've lost almost all inverts and a couple fish. My tangs look fine, but these clowns do not.

The eyes are white and puffy.
The fins are eroding.
They sometimes have stringy stuff coming out of their rear end.
