Diagnose help needed

This is purple tang in hospital tank after ich treatment. Medicine used JBL Punktol .
Third week in clean water under observation. No more signs of ich. Eating well and behaving normally.

Couple days ago noticed lights spots on the nose on both sides. Seems like it's progressing in to small wounds.

Maybe the experts will chime in soon, but looks like it could be some type of bacteria infection.

What is cure in that case ?

My guess is fungal infection in small injuries.

You might try this. It's fairly benign. Look up 'fluconasole fungus marine tank', and you should get some info
