Ok so when i went to bed lastnight my fish Clowns looked great. When i went to feed today, i noticed my male clown is a bit discolored, Especially his white markings. IM not sure if this is normal, as they r both just starting to color up.. or fi they r sick. I fed and they ate very well as normal. Not breathing rapidly or anything. HELP ME! checked all aprams as well.. everything is right on. i posted 2 pics below.. a before and after

One of mine did that the day after I got her, and she is fine. I have been told it is caused by them getting stung by an anemone/coral, but I haven't ever seen mine in one.

I actually called ORA after posting because i was kind of concerned. I was told that its most likely from the clowns host in soft corals within my tank. which i have seen them do MANY times lol so ill just keep an eye on them and hopefully they will be fine! ty guys for responding

I guess my eyes are playing tricks on me, it's late here. But the shading on the central part of the white area, plus the angle of the fish, makes him look like he's emaciated. But if he's eating good and shows no other signs of distress he should be fine.

lol He is definately not emaciated. its just the way the picture was taken. I took it quickly earlier isnt really the best shot ;). Both fish are actually growing well and are fat as can be :)

Yep, mine did the "grey blotches on the stripes" thing a while back too, when she started hosting my Frogspawn.
