Sick clowns

My two clowns are sick. Both have a pale look, the large one had a file covering it's body. the smaller one just lays on the bottom. Last Sunday, I noticed white spots on them. The other fish is fine.

How can I save them?

Is it like a slime coating? Looks like it could be Brooklynella..a series of formalin dips is the treatment..You need to act fast, from the looks of thing..it may be too late
If it is brook, the other Clown will need to be treated as well

Thanks guys, but they are dead. Is this disease in the tank? How can I be sure that my replacement will not get the disease? Can a UV light help?

When you get clowns again buy tank breed. A good breeder won't allow anything but fish in his system. Saves you the sadness of lossing a pretty fish like this.
