Sick fish?

So clownfish have today moved into new aquarium from their small tank and under the lights I noticed black spots on them. They are not new, over 6 months in old tank and the only new addition is a Foxface which has shown no sign of anything. I was wondering if it could be down to moving tanks, stress? I have caught a pic not the best, they won't pose for me. If you can advise I'd be grateful.

What's with the water running down the back of the tank?
The water marks are from initial setup of hob skimmer, honestly need 3 hands to start it. I have considered a foam background to go inside the tank but on reading they go in before the water. As the tank is up against the wall with about 8 inches of room for the skimmer I have limited scope to clean the rear of the tank. Also I didn't realise until full how ugly the cables look. Hey ho lesson learnt.

Do the fish have a bubble tip anemone they host?
They used to try and host in an elegance coral which I know has a sting. I didn't transfer any lps corals as I'm going fowlr this time. I only noticed the black under the more intense t5 light of new tank. They seem healthy, very active eating well they love to follow the Foxface around or vice versa. All in all a nice little community. Just need to wait for before adding to it. Thank you for your reply though.

I think they’re probably just fine.

You can paint the back with a can of cheap latex and a foam roller ( on a stick to make the stretch if need be). It will take a couple coats. I prefer black but whatever color you choose will be better than looking at cables!
