sick flame angel to good home

my flame angel has been sick for a couple of weeks now, it started out as one cloudy eye and went away...then came back..and now has moved onto his skin also..its odd because it is all on one side of his body. Im not big into medicines and dont know much about how to go about helping him. If anyone would like to take him please let me know. if anyone has a link to varrying fish diseases i might be able to pick it out...but as we all know how well the search button on here works....

I have a QT tank that I'd be willing to try it out first. I'd still like to know what disease it is.

it is in a qt tank, and he has been sick for over a week, im actually surprised how "alive" he still is. I wouldnt say it is ich, but it has those characteristics. tere are some white spots, but the main problem seems to be a patch of skin on his right side before his eye, looks very scrapped.....looks more like an infection. at a quick glance it would be easy to say ich...but im pretty sure it is not.
