Sick Maroon Clownfish?

My two year old maroon clownfish has always eaten anything I put into the tank, but he did not eat tonight and seemed very lethargic and maybe a little bloated. The other two fish ate normally (bellus angel & goby). I added the angel about three weeks ago and went from feeding every other day to every day and sometimes twice a day. I fed emerald entree yesterday afternoon and then some brine in the evening. Half way through the brine feeding, the clownfish abruptly stopped eating and did not eat the mysis today. All parameters are normal. What do you think? Thanks.

Update tonight he seems to be swimming more and has settled down in his normal 'lights out' spot. Hopefully he is feeling better. I will try to feed again tomorrow morning.

Thanks man...he's my favorite as well. Today he was acting more normally, but he still didn't eat. He looked like he was responding to the food, just not eating it. He also had a stringy piece of poo stuck to him for a while. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Seeing as how the fish has been in your tank for 2 years and you haven't noticed any issues with the tank, I wouldn't worry to much for now. Fish can go weeks without eating and be fine. Could be nothing...

I would try using garlic juice to soak the food. This stimulates the appetite and most fish can't refuse it as long as they are healthy.

Thank you sedor, I tried the garlic yesterday but he didn't eat. I'll try it again today. He looks a lot less bloated today and was more active, but still did not eat. He also had some more poop hanging from him that has since dropped off.

Is it possible that he over ate and is now just extremely backed up? Does that even happen?

Bump, still not eating today. He had some more poop hanging from him? Is he sick or just backed up? Thanks.
