Is anyone knows, what is it on the eye? It is like a flatworm, and how to kill it. Help please.

A freshwater dip using water of the same temp and pH (very important) should do the trick.

The parasite on the eye should fall off within a couple of minutes. Leave the fish in quarantine at least two weeks. You may have to treat with an antibiotic. Parasite wounds often cause bacterial infections and the eye is already cloudy.

Thanks TerryB, I did FD in about 2 min. I had to remove the fish Quickly because it shows sign of stress, also that fluke become really white and I removed by hand, for at this time I don’t have guaranty tank, but if it will come back I will do FD again.
