Sick or just hiding?

I have a QT tank ready to go just in case... is this guy sick or is he just hiding in the rock? I see a white spot on his fin that looks like it might be ich, but the rest of him is completely clean. He's been hiding out in the rockwork for a week. :headwallblue:

I am by no means an expert at all I am new to the hobby but my porcupine puffer had a big spot like that on his head. Ich usually looks like tiny grains of salt all over. What my puffer had was called lympho. I think lymphosystis is the long name it is viral not a parasite like ich and it looks more like the lympho that my puffer had maybe

if you mean the withe thing on the fin, its not ich.
