Sick Quoyi Parrotfish

Hi guys,
My Quoyi parrot is not looking well. Hiding this morning, dusky looking, with some white stringy stuff on fins and vetween scales, some tiny white flat patches on body, and ragged fins. Can anyone help me identify? Also, hes
In a 220 reef tank. Catching him is most likely not an option but i can try. If so, hes way too big now for my QT. If i put him in a rubbermaid trash can w heat and circulation, could that be a qt?

Would you say the white stringy stuff on his fins and scales looks like the skin is peeling off? If so, brook is a possibility: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2388437

Any recent livestock additions? Anything wet, even corals/inverts??
