Sick Six-Line!

I need some help to determine whats wrong with this Six-Line. Hes got cloudy eyes and a small patch of white fungus stuff on the side of him. He tends to stay in a cave now instead of cruising around the tank.

I have a pair of percs in the tank with him, and all parameters are in check.

Remove to a sick tank and treat with antibiotic like Furan2 or Maracyn2. Check your water quality is a good idea.

A picture would help ... and yes - I know taking a picture of a six line is problem .. might use some food etc to help position.
