Sick Tomini Tang

I just got a Tomini Tang and I think he is getting beat up. His top fins are not looking good, a little tattered. But what concirns me is that he has a weird white colored mark on his back and some other dark marks on his body. He is know lying on the floor in a crevice breathing pretty hard. Any ideas???

No there insn't any white spots, but thanks. sorry I just thought people might be more experienced here.
