Sick Ultra Crocea

My ultra crocea had a pinched mantle, so i administered a 20 min fresh water dip, and he appears to have gotten better. Then today I noticed that the mantle appears to have some whiter spots on it, almost like it has bleached a little. He is still responsive to shadows and opens close to full. Any idea what is wrong with him? The Crocea is under 400w 20000k halide in a 40g with 0 NO3, 0 NO2, and no ammonia, the salinity is at 1.026
