Sick zoas?

I got this zoa frag 2 days ago and it's been losing color, and they have not opened. All my parameters are perfect and my tank has been set up for just over 3 months. Any input on whether these guys are dead or ill?

Mine close up all of the time. Maybe they just get moody from time to time. Try blowing them off gently with a turkey baster once a week. That usually perks mine up.

And they like flow. It helps to prevent algae growth on them. They get irritated by diatom growth.

set it at the bottom of your tank, leave it there till it opens and happy. to allow it to slowly acclimate to the lighting scheme you have.

Experiment with water flow, light intensity. Zoanthids like water with nutrients in the water, like nitrates/detritus
