Every other month allows us all time to frag and grow great items and keep a little diversity. Adam and I are acquiring an itch to cut up some seriously nice corals, just to see if we can and they live (like were not already cuttin fools) So for one swap I'd like to see if everybody is interested in a frag cutting display and set-up. Maybe we can get a volunteer for different items, (zoas and such) and get our LSFS involved. And for another meet I have discussed with some reefers to have a DIY rock meet. This is catching on and many reef groups are moving away from continual reef destruction from removing rock. They just had one in Phoenix and it went well. If you visit FRAGs forum the pics are great. So we only need four more people to step up. We have always had the best turnouts on Sundays, but the host can set the date and time. Lets have some fun. And as always....Keep on reefin

I am more than willing to host an event. The only catch is I live on base and would have to sign everyone on at the visitors center. I have no problem doing that but you would all have to show up at the same time so I'm not making a million trips to the gate. LMK if that would work for people.

i would also be willing to host at my place. i have a friend in tucson who is rarely on RC but has about 10 tanks averaging 55gl and i am sure he would love to either host an event or be involved in one

I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it. I am currently on a "vacation" for my Uncle Sam and I don't know when I'll be back. If I'm back, I'll be there.

So we are going to be doing it on March 30th....sorry for being last weekend of the month but I am going to be out of town from the 13th to the 23rd and this weekend would be a bit tough to put it together. The time i suppose will be probably 1pm I guess although whenever you want to show up after 12 works for me really and can go for however long you guys want to go. I guess if you want my address then pm me and I will give it to you but i live west of the i-10 by grant and silverbell. Look forward to it!

I can make it although probably won't be bringing much in the way of frags since my tank is still new. How is the refreshments scenario going to play out? You supply and we all pitch in for it, or we each bring snacks, etc...

Hi, I am fairly new to the hobby and would like to come to a meeting. I have no Idea on protocols, or what to bring. I do make my own rock, but do not frag (yet).

Dude, you are welcome to come, the more the merrier. Usually we bring some soda, chips and other stuff (beer). Its cool if you don't bring frags, I don't think I have ever brought any.

We talk about anything that is brought up. Photo taking would be a sweet subject. I'm guessing that by 4 it will be over, but that is just based on the other swaps I've been to.

I won't be bringing anything this time, but I'll have a bunch for the swap in May!

Matt if you take May I will move to the open spot in September and maybe we can fill all the months in. I'll still plan for a fall BBQ. That would be great. I cannot do an early date in May, the 18th would be as soon as I would be able to do it. If you can schedule before that, fantastic. I'll bring door prizes and such. Etc. Let us know!!!!
