Silent assassin?

Hi everyone.

In recent weeks my fish number have been slowly declining.... today I noticed the dissapearance of a large male leopard wrasse and a blue chromis.
I currently (still) have a breading pair of clowns, 3 chromis, a pair of flameback angels, a watchman goby and 3 blue chromis. everyone is fat and happy except for the powder blue that has been getting thinner and has had ich despite him eating multiple times a day..
What could be killing my fish considering that all the ones that have mysteriously disappeared where fat and acting normal??...

Any advice on what to do?

Fish are disappearing? Are there spots under the rock you couldnt see?
