Silicone seam question

Hey all,

Just bought this used tank, I inspected it but didn't notice it when I purchased it... Anyway, got home and noticed this on the front seam. Its an air bubble, long and thin.

Is it anything to be concerned about?

Yes, I think I missed it when I first inspected it because it's a straight line, didn't catch my eye. I'm going to fill with water and see how it goes!
