silicone?

im going to be doing a diy false back wall, with overflow, fuge, and return, but im not sure what type of silicone, or caulk to use for it. i will be using a glass tank, plastic wall, and acrylic dividers behind wall. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Well im not totaly sure if you can glue acrylic to glass, but I know you can get this stuff from ACE hardware that is special aquarium silicone.
