I got a RBTA 2 weeks ago. 75 gallon. Put it in the tank. I have strong LEDs, and the tank is over 6 months old. I have a happy linkea starfish crawling around, and lots of growing filter feeders. Put the anemone in there and he went and attached himself in what you have to call the WRONG place. He's behind the main rock structure, where the current is a lot less and there is less light. Food doesn't circulate well back there, and my pair of ocellaris ignore him since he is all the way in the back. I see him reaching up trying to get more light and food, and he doesn't seem to be doing that well. He is just in the wrong place. Should I try to move him somehow? Is he just a dumb anemone? my LFS told me he might hide for a while until he adjusts to the lights but it has been two weeks. Should I just watch to see if he moves on his own?
