I was wondering where do you buy silversides? Are they frozen

yes all the ones i have gotten have been frozen i get mine from almost any fish store.

the LFS is the best place to get silversides from. One of yours should have them.

the best thing to do is find a higher end reef store in your area. or order online.

you can get silversides at 80% of pet shops that sell fish
