simple CAD software?

I guess this is an advanced topic, even if it's not directly related to marine husbandry. Anyway, I'm looking for a recommendation on some CAD software that's easy to use with no prior CAD experience. I'd like to draw out my new aquarium and sump design accurately so that they can be built, and I want to be able to insert outlines of my other equipment to ensure it will all fit. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm really not interested in taking an entire course or reading a huge manual on 3-D CAD, since I only want to make simple line drawings.

Thanks BurntOutReefer, but I've already downloaded Sketchup and it's awesome. The only thing more addictive than Sketchup is my tank!
