I used to have a dual T5 High output Coral life 36" inch light with dual 10k Bulb,

I recently just purchased this

im wanting to compare the too and see which is stronger in your guys opinion...

ALSO im starting up my 220 in salt its 72"x12"x12" how much light would i need

wanting to do softies and hards

That LED fixture is nothing .... absolutely nothing in comparison to what you have. Those 1 watt LED lights are more for a FOWLR application if you ask me. I think I understadn your post, but have no comments on the larger tank.
