SImu-Stick & Simu-Spot

I'm about to acquire a Simu-Spot to add to my PII+ unit. I currently have a Simu-Stick only. It's set up for Moon, Sunrise, Sunset, and of course Lightning Simu.

What's the best way to connect the Simu-Spot to my controller?

• use the splitter?
  
  
  if splitter will it be an exact copy of the Simu-Stick (flash, moon, sunrise etc)​
• use an open L-port?
  
  what would this do that splitting would NOT​

depends on what you want to do with it, if you want it to react the same as the stick then use the splitter, if not then use another L port

Well that's part of the problem LOL! I don't know what I can or can NOT do so there-fore I don't know what I "want" to do. I'll probably just "split it" at first (No additional programming correct?) and go from there.
