Hello,
this is my reef after 3 months of cycling.

i like how simple the rock work is it will give nice room for the corals to grow also your stand is really nice what are the dimensions of the tank
 
So, let's introduce me. I'm Oblak Jani from Nova Gorica, Slovenija, Europe. First of all sorry for my english.
This is my second reef, the fist one was a litte bit smaller, about 260 gal. I had that aquarium for one year, then happen an accident and reef was bourned out. Here are some photos of ex. reef. An accidend happend on 9/10/2011 at 3,00 at night.

Soon after that I decidet to construit a new one aquarium. I had separeted sump from display tank and put it in other room behind living room and 1/2 flat lower.

isn't a good surprise, night burn... luckily you are save!
however, your tank have a big potential for me, i like open landscape.
 
That is one of my biggest fears. What was with the fire? Did the side blow out and start up your electronics or what? faulty plug?
 
The reason of accident was in wrong fixed bulkheads, there is one plastic and another silicone ring, wich were changed and sea water drop outside aquarium on electronic components fixed near water drop. When water was evaporated, ... salt and electic together... (driver for Tunze 6105) and fire started.
 
Your new tank looks great! Glad your fire didn't burn your house down and you were able to rebuild!
 
I'm Glad to see you were able to start a new tank which is amazing if I might add. I hope you continue to post progress photos for us.
