Single Controller 7091

A few weeks ago I recieved a Tunze Single Controller 7091, the magnet holder and photocell. The Stream 6000 was on back order and I had to wait an addtional 3-4 weeks for the pump to arrive. It came last week and I plugged everything together and was very excited to finally have the long awaited circulation in my newly established system. The next day I pressed the food timer and nothing happened. I examined the controller closely and realized that none of the LEDs were lighting up. I disconnected everything and let it sit for five minutes, then connected everything again, however everything was the same. I reviewed the directions a few more times trying to see what was wrong. As far as I can tell, all you have to do is plug the controller in, similar to plugging a computer mouse in to a computer. If there is anything that I am not doing correctly I would appreciate some feedback so I can correct the situation. Thanks.

Try without the photocell connected and plufg in the controller while the pump is not plugged in to the wall.

Send it to me and I will have a look and replace it if necessary

Roger,

I was getting ready to send the controller back to you last night so I took everything apart and gave it one more try. 5th time is a charm. It started working last night. The LEDs lit up and the food timer worked. Tonight I will try plugging the photocell back in and see if that works. Thanks for you response and time.

Good to know. In general everything gets tested twice before it leaves so such occurences are really rare.
