Single white spot on Fin

Juvenile blue throat trigger, have had it 3 days, spot showed up today, first fish in new tank, did not quarantine him. Ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, 0, ph 8.4, dkh, 12.0, 79 degrees. Likely ich or something else? He's eating and behaving fine.

I wouldn't worry over just one spot; it could be something else, even sand. Post a pic if you can.

Did this turn into ich? There's a fish that is super healthy at a store local to me, and I would like to buy him but he's got one tiny spot on one of his fins.
