Sinularia Flexibilis DOA

I ordered 4 sinularias and two arrived as mush in pink water, and a third is questionable. In this same order I am to receive an Orange Shoulder tang but you have yet to ship this fish as the shipment was split. My question is whether you could replace these sinularias and ship them with the tang. Its disheartening to order enough items to justify the shipping cost only to receive items dead in the bag. I was a bit disappointed to see no heat packs in the box with weather in the 50's. It is frustrating to pay $35 of shipping just to receive one healthy coral. Crediting the corals is one thing, but I feel short changed when I have to foot the shipping bill for receiving little to nothing. I would greatly appreciate any cooperation on combining/resending these items.

We sincerely apologize for the loss of your two Spaghetti Finger Leather Corals. We can certainly cancel the current back order and place a new order for the two corals and Orangeshoulder Tang. We have issued a credit to your credit card for the losses you reported per your phone conversation with our Live Aquaria agent and you were not charged for the back order item. You will be charged for the items only on a new order.

The shipping and handling has been waived on this substitute order.

The new order doesn't reflect the sale price of the leathers upon which I had initially ordered them, $34.99. I also had requested in the order notes that if a small OS tang had become available I would prefer the small. According to your site this morning the small size is available. Is it possible to make a note to include gold/white leathers if possible in the reorder? The group I received earlier were all tan. I appreciate your assistance!
