Six line wrasse infection or injury?

It's hard to capture pictures so sorry in advance. I bought this guy about 4 days ago and he's been living in quarantine with a blenny and a goby. I noticed today he has a light discoloration on one of his sides. He still swims and explores briefly and then rests. I'm not sure if somehow he got injured or if this is more serious. Thanks for any help

Hard to say. Is there anything he could have injured himself on? Is he still eating?

No there were just some PVC pipes. Sad to say he passed away last night
