Six line wrasse TAIL ROT!!! PLzzzz Help

My Six Line Wrasse has almost lost his tail… I noticed that his tail was starting to look mangled about 4 days ago and now it is almost completely gone with a white film at the base… He is in my custom nano tank that is made out of a 25 gallon tank. The only tank mate is a small clown, the usual verts, and LPS/soft coral. I think that I’m going to buy some garlic extreme to start soaking the fish food in. Any other ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated…

I would get it into a QT tank and dose melafix or just dose melafix into the display.

Don't have much faith in melafix. Furanase, nitrofurazone or Maracyn-Two are better choices. Use a Qtank,

I had two clowns with tail rot. Maracyn-Two worked great for me.
