six line wrasse

is it possible to have 2 six line wrasse in a 55gal. tank without them fighting?

I wouldn't suggest it. To be honest I wouldn't put two in any tank regardless of size.

Sure you do, ask questions!

One of the hardest things of this hobby is to admit you don't know everything, so ask questions, and get a second opinion.

I agree with Rich, besides the possible fighting, 6-line's are pigs and will eliminate your pod population, especially if you have two in a small tank.

six line wrasse

I have had a six line for 7 years. He prevents me from adding new fish to my 110 gallon tank. He will chase any fish of any size of any species until they starve to death! A real little monster. If I wasn't so attached to him I would harpoon him. DO NOT put two six line wrasse together!

haha, i have the same love/hate relationship with my six line mark. Already he's caused 2 ocellaris to jump out of the tank, and terrorized my baby tang to the point where it wouldnt leave its cave and starved to death

One or both individuals usually end up dying in this situation. It is best not to even try it.
