Six Line Wrasse's and Peppermint Shrimp?

Hi guys. Im thinking of adding a six line wrasse to my 25 gal tank. My biggest issue is my fear of him eating my pair of peppermint shrimp. I was wondering what your experiences are and whether this would be an ok addition. Or should I opt for another fish instead.

I have had mixed experiences with them - I had a few 6 lines that were no prob, but I had a pair that were relentless - they would display at me through the glass, and any shrimp I put in they would pick apart, it almost seemed they were doing it for sport rather than food

I have one in a 200g with an adult peppermint shrimp, no problem.
