six line wrasses cleaners?

I've been noticing for the past few months that my six line wrasse has been occasionally picking at banded sleeper goby and pearlscale butterfly and they just relax and let him do it. So my question is, in the wild, do they act as cleaner fish? I've just never heard of them doing that before
