Skimmer advice for 600g system

I haven't posted much but I'm trying to get the hang of it. I have been working on my system for a couple years now. After finding reef central I've been reading and following a few large tank builds to get ideas. Now I'm upgrading my plumbing (1.5"), sump (75g) return pump(hammerhead Gold) and skimmer(??????).

I have four tanks plumbed together totaling 600 gallons. I want to find a skimmer to take care of the entire system. I just resealed a 75 gallon tank to make my new sump. It's 48x18x20 so I have plenty of room for whatever skimmer I choose at this point.

The system is mixed reef with only a few fish for now. I'd like to improve my fish list once I get a skimmer large enough for a healthy bio load.

Please any advice or pointers would be much appreciated.

Total display consist of two 120g + 180g + 92g + 75g fuge.

You want the skimmer sized for the total display volume. How much is that?

My current sump is a 50g with 9" of water.

As for total water volume I'm not sure? I have a 2-3" sand bed in all tanks with a large amount of live rock in each tank. I don't know how to estimate weight of the live rock.

I found an ASM G5 slightly used with two brand new Sedra 9000 pumps on CL. Will this handle my system. It says they are rated at 700g.

I am a fan of Reef Octopus, I would recommend the SRO-6000SSS or the SRO-6000EXT.

I am finalizing the details of my 700 build and have also been researching skimmers.I have decided on Reef Octopus for the (better) availability of parts and their head cleaners (not retro-fitted).My concern with the 16' XP8000 was that it was a little too large, so that it might pull for a few days then run low for a few more, then having to raise the water level in the skimmer so it would pull again, which would result in occasional over skimming.(cat chasing its tail syndrome!)
Next down is the 6000 with a 16' body..but a little too small.
Bottom line; Go for RO and the bigger one.It will allow for a heavy bio-load and future growth....and if it does not pull for a few days...well, that just means your water is clean!

Yes the reef Octopus does have the head cleaner feature that will come in very handy. I think I'll be going with the SRO6000-SSS once I find one. Thanks everyone for the tips.

I like the ASM G skimmers a lot. It's an older unit but, frankly, I'm unimpressed with all the recent 'innovations' anyhow. I ran a G4+ on my system (approx. 350 total gallons) and it worked very well. I did recently replace it with a MTC unit, however, to see if I could get better performance, Jury is still deliberating .....
