Skimmer and pump hookup question

I have an AquaC EV180 skimmer and a Eheim 1262 pump. I am using ¾ tubing from the pump to the skimmer with clamps on the tubing. One day last week the tubing came loose from the pump causing water to spray out of the sump. Before I hook the skimmer back up, can someone please tell me the best way for plumbing from the pump to skimmer?

stainless steel clamps definitely won't come loose. good if the top of your EV180 doesn't get wet. other option is use 5/8" id diameter tubing, might be a lot tighter fit.

I had the same problem on mine. Used SS hose clamps to tighten it but good. No more problems in over 3 years.

Thanks for everyones help. I wasn't sure if I could use stainless steel clamps. The stainless steel clamps with 5/8 tubing should give a tight fit. I definetely don't want to go through the hose coming loose again.
