skimmer foam ???

question of the moment. how dry is dry? my skimmer is putting out an amount of foam to fill a waste collector 6''x8''x8'' every 12 hours,the foam is a nice light green, when i break it up there is virtually no liquid on the bottom. is this good or do i need to get wetter? thanks all Spite.

Both of the skimmers I've used (Nautilus TE and an ASM G3) make pretty wet output, solid green or sometimes brownish. Always lots of foam up the middle, but turns into water. I'd say you need to adjust the skimmer to allow a little higher column of water.
