Skimmer isn't producing foam after feeding.

I've got a mixed SPS/Soft/NPS reef. It is running with ATI's BM200 skimmer.
My problem is that each time when I'm dosing liquid food to my aquarium - skimmer is stopping producing foam and it takes about 3-4 hours before it comes back to skimming, so in total - there is about 12 hours at day when my skimmer isn't functioning.

Have you seen something like that in your aquariums?
Is there any way to make my skimmer running well after feeding?

Thanks for your answers :)

this is normal depending on what you are feeding and the type of skimmer you run - but this is why I recommend an oversized skimmer for azoox tanks. Even if you are only skimming for 12 hours/day you want to pull all of the excess out during that time.

Fauna Marin Ultra Life can help reduce the non-skimming time as well as increase skimming efficiency.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll try Ultra Life.
One more question: Skimmer is failing when i'm feeding my corals with mix of gro-tech nutri-marin+plankto-marin+N+V; which part of the mix you think can have that affect on my skimmer?

Thanks!

Honestly this can happen with a lot of foods. I don't feed any liquid foods, but when I feed most frozen foods this can happen. When the surface tension of the water is changed (by frozen or liquid foods) skimming efficiency also changes temporarily.
