I just ordered and received the Reef Octopuss NW-110 Skimmer. The Directions are very limited to how to set up the skimmer. Im not sure where to set the water return tube. I am getting a lot of micro bubbles if its to low and it the pipe is set high then water starts to pour out right below the collection cup. If anyone has any experience with these skimmers any input would be helpful.

If it is new you'll need to break it in. I am not familiar with that model but I suggest setting pipe low so it does not overflow. Let it run for a couple days to let it break in. then bring it up slowly and find the sweet spot.
