skimmer problems

I have a Coralife 65 Skimmer that had been operating properly for a couple of months and then stopped creating bubbles. I broke it all the way down and cleaned everything. Then I set it all back up. No bubbles. I've tried to adjust the bubbles but to no avail.

The skimmer is in my sump.

Any ideas on how to rev up the bubble machine?

check the air intake at the pump mine gets calcium built up in the piece where the tube slides on the pump.

Twin Peaks is correct. I've got two CSS 125's and I've learned that part of my weekly maintenance is to clean the air intake at the pump when I clean the collectionc up out. I filed a finish nail with a slot kind of like a drill to use as a tool to clean it out. I thought the build up was from salt though and not calcium.
