Skimmer question

Hi...need some helping finding the right skimmer.

I've got a small 25 gallon tank, very low bioload but still want a skimmer to keep the water pristine. I'm in the cycling stage, there's about 20lbs of live rock in there right now.

There is surface matter/oily sheen right now, I was able to remove that with my previous tank w/sump but i dont have that option here.

Is there a skimmer that is HOB, effective and might have a surface intake option?

I am planning this as a FOWLR tank...no corals/etc.

Thanks

Ps this has to be something I get on ebay or amazon as I've got an APO address.

To remove the film point your powerheads to achieve more surface agitation. I cant recommend a hang on back because I've never had one. Look at the Aquamaxx and Reef Octopus line of HOB's they seem to have good track records.

Thank yo both, I've moved the nozzles to point up a little more and it seems to have helped.

I like that skimmer with the surface skimmer. I need to write the Tunze company and ask if they make a 220V model or have suggestions on how to change it out as I use local 220V power in Korea.

I read somewhere that some of the Reef Octopus HOB skimmers have surface skimming feature. Maybe, the BH1000?
