skimmer questioni

hi,
i have a 10g and i am consider getting a hang on the back type of skimmer. the
"Coralife Super Skimmer - Needle Wheel - up to 65 Gallon Tank" is a hang on the back skimmer correct? if so, do you know the minimum tank height for it to work? what's the dimension of the skimmer? i could find any info on the product page.

The outer dimension on this is 4.5" x 5.5" footprint and 20.75" in height.

thanks Jeremy! the 21" in height part, how much of those need to be submerged in the tank? since 10g only has about 10" of heigh. thanks!
