Skimmer Recommendation

Looking for skimmer recommendation, my requirements:

1. Sump depth is max 8 5/8".
2. Tank is 60g with 20g sump, mixed reef, soon heavily stocked.
3. Quiet...prefer vibration feet on skimmer/pump. Must be living room quiet, wife friendly.
4. Footprint of 10.5 X 9.5"
5. Prefer output underwater.
6. Budget of $300.

Hi Charles, sorry for the delay. We went through a system changeover internally last weekend and that's been taking up all my time, haven't been able to get into the forum

The closest thing I'd have that fits your budget and would handle that size tank would be the eshopps S-120 cone, which is found here: http://premiumaquatics.com/aquatic-supplies/ES-18040.html If you could bump up your budget just a little bit you could also look at the SRO LS1000 skimmer that I would prefer over the eshopps, however your system is the smallest I would suggest if you go that route.
