Skimmer Skimz sm 161 help

Hello,
I need to get some information on how to adjust the air on this skimmer .. I do not know if it should be fully open or choked ... thank you very much!

Adjust it until you get the bubble 3/4 way up in the cup. You can do a bit more choking if you like it wet
