Help guys...
I have installed my octopuss 150 needle wheel and I can't seem to get it right, makes nice skimmate though...
I have installed a gate valve mod to it...Just like the one shown on the website. If the return is under the water level then it flushes....If it is above the water level it sounds like a water fall but dosn't flush....I would like to keep it quiet...
I thought about a buble trap (I have one that my sumps are draining into but I don't think there would be enough room)
Should I get one of those filter sock deals that hang on the sump (like you see at the aquarium) and fill with live rock rubble and have the drian drain into this? Might silence the splashing...
Anyone have any ideas?
