Low maintenance first
My water level is a little less than 6" it's very hard to find a skimmer that will work, let alone good ones.
By reading specs and judging from pictures online It looks like these will work:
H&S 150-f2001 (likely the 110 and 200 as well)
Tunze 9001
Bubble Magus QQ (may be)
Bubble Magus QQ1
Reef Octopus BH-50 (may be)
Reef Octopus BH-90 (may be)
Reef Octopus BH-1000 (may be)
Would appreciate if someone can confirm those or correct me if I am wrong.
However I have since discovered that some skimmer have specs that require deeper water, but might actually work on shallower water. Example seems to be Bubble Magus C3.5, having a spec of 8-10" but some user reported working (even recommend) at 6" depth. So what other skimmer do you know will work on less than 6" water depth?
