Skin infection or battle wound, lavender tang

For the second time in a week Ive noticed a very similar wound on the side of my lavender tang. He is housed with a yellow tang and while they get along really well every once in a while the yellow tang picks a fight but it never last long and theres usually no physical damage. Well I think its either damage from scraping a live rock or a fight with the yellow tang but about a week ago he had the exact same wound, size and shape, on the other side of his body and it was fully healed in two days but left a small scar. So my question is what is it? Could it be an infection or bacteria of dome sort or is it more likely a wound from fighting or accidentally scraping a piece of LR.

It looks like it's in the shape of a mouth. A rock scrape wouldn't be circular like that, especially if it has happened more than once. I would suspect battle damage...

Is it possible a large male squareback anthia could do this kind of damage? I added him the day before I noticed the first mark and they did a little dancing when he first went in. He is about 5.5"

I thought it would be the tang as well givin he is the only one who picks fights but the wound seems wayyyy to big for a yellow tangs small mouth. Thats the only reason I question if it were the anthia because he is a big fish with a big mouth

YT probably "shanked" the Lavender with the barb on his tail.
