skin tag on clownfish?

my occelaris has what appears to be a white skin tag hanging off of its chin area? I have heard a bit about flukes, could this be it? She is breathing normal and eating good with no signs of stress.

well, the camera, with no flash is spooking the fish and she is sure not making it easy, i have to get the perfect still **** siloutte, but i dont think thats likely. it is very small like 1.5mm long.

didnt get much on google under cirolandid so i searched under isopods since thats what they are (cirolandid) it does not look anything similar. Am i just being paranoid the fish looks 100% as i watch its behaviour. This was not there yesterday though.

there was what i thought an overnight each break out on my clowns, but i noticed the big one thrashing out the sand for them to nestle down to the bottom of the tank 2 inches down... Most of it fell off, (sand?) but there are a few spots, oddly enough, there is nothing on the other clown.

Going to bring freshwater up to 8.3pH and same temp as DT and give a freshwater dip for 10 mins. I have read garlic-gaurd is a good immunity booster for fish, but my cleaner shrimp, brittle starfish, hermits, snails and anemone always manage to get some of the brine/mysis. Is garlic okay for these inverts?
