Skinny Yellow Tang

I need some advise. I have a yellow tang that I got from the local pet store. Over the course of the past 2 months since I got him, he has slowly gotten skinnier and skinnier and his fins more and more ragged. Not the fin rot ragged, just the unhealthy and beat up look. He eats very well and poops to and doesn't seem to get picked on at all. The other tangs in the tank, powder blue and a violet are fat with perfect fins. I plan on quarantining it, I'm just not sure what I should treat it with.

This is common in yellow tangs for some reason. Could try a round of prozi pro. What foods is it eating? New Life Spectrum pellets are the best in my opinion. Any signs of HLLE ?

We feed a mix of flake food for tangs, frozen food like marine cuisine, some dried seaweed and the occasional fresh greens. I'm not familiar with that term.

HLLE = head and lateral line erosion. The cause can be nutrition, water quality, lighting, or stray voltage.
