Skunk cleaner shrimp not looking good

My skunk cleaner shrimp has lost one leg and 2 of his 4 antennas are gone should I be worried is there anything I can do to help the poor shrimp?

What is he in with?

He is in with a peppermint shrimp. Tiny red tipped anenomes. A clown a six line wrasse and a yellow tail damsel. He has been fine untill I put the peppermint shrimp in.. I wouldnt think a peppermint shrimp would do that. Would peram changes do that?

Some sixline wrasses are known for attacking shrimp.

X2 the sixline is probably nipping him. I had a royal gramma that used to do this.
